I will chronicle my AHA training moments here. I am racing 5 miles on June 6th, 2015, and 13.1 miles on August 23rd, 2015. Wish me luck and discipline to keep this training schedule.

I ran 4 miles on Sunday, 5/24, and 5 miles on Tuesday, 5/26. I have to run another 4 - 5 today, then our training run on Saturday AM, which will be at least 5 miles, possibly 6. Hanging in here.
